Why us
What makes it different
Three things, and none of them is "powerful and flexible".
1. It is modules, not a monolith
Most trade platforms are one product with everything switched on. You pay for dispatch you do not use so you can have the estimating you do. IndustryWRX is thirty separate modules over one shared spine — customers, sites, people, money — so a two-person alarm company and a forty-technician integrator can run the same platform without either one carrying the other’s weight.
2. Every module publishes what it refuses to get wrong
Each module has a written list of invariants — guarantees with real tests behind them, not aspirations. Overtime does not pyramid. On hand is not available. A sent quote cannot be quietly edited. The odometer is a reading, not a fact.
Those sentences are unusual on a marketing page because they are specific enough to be wrong. That is the point. Anyone can claim flexibility; a list of things the software will not do is checkable.
3. Missing information says so
The rule that shows up in every module: a gap in the data is never displayed as a reassuring number. No hours logged is not “0% margin”. An expiry date nobody typed is not “does not expire”. A van nobody has read is not “0 miles”.
Software that quietly converts an absence into a zero is how a business finds out in February that it has been wrong since October.
And one thing we will not do
Nothing a customer is owed is ever inferred. Tax, warranty coverage, compliance status and every total are computed from records — never guessed by a model. Being right 97% of the time means telling a customer they are covered when they are not, roughly once a fortnight, and that is a promise you then have to honour.
