Built by people who do the work
IndustryWRX is built by Raging Rhino Group, LLC, and it is a CompanyWRX product. Its first customer is a working residential AV and low-voltage company — the same people who write the software use it to run jobs, bill customers and pay technicians.
That is why the specifics are unusual. Nobody invents a rule about overtime not pyramiding, or a warranty answer that separates the part from the labour, unless they have been on the wrong end of it.
Built in the open, at the pace of getting it right
Every module is specified before it is built, ships with written invariants and real tests, and is verified against the running system rather than a green build. Modules go live when they are finished, not when a launch date arrives.
