From Passion to Profession with Real-World Training and Industry Access.
You’ve invested in the training. The classes, the competitions, the endless rehearsals. But now you're wondering...What’s next?
At Industry WRX, we bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.
With fast-paced, real-world training and professional performance experiences, we prepare performers—and their families—for what it really takes to thrive in today's entertainment industry.
Real Pros. Real Experience:
At Industry WRX, we don’t hire hobbyists or side-hustlers. Every instructor is a working industry professional—actively performing, designing, or directing in today’s entertainment world. You’re not just getting a workshop; you’re learning from the very people shaping the industry daily.
Fast-Paced, Like the Real World:
We rehearse like professionals—because that’s what we’re preparing for. No academic fluff or endless time to perfect—just high-level training under real-world time constraints. It’s intense, efficient, and exactly how it works in the real world.
Parent-Aligned Support:
We guide you through the process too—so you feel confident in your performer’s path and can actively provide the support they deserve.

"What A Ride!"
"This opportunity provided me with a television role with a major network!"
After decades in the entertainment and education space—from Broadway to ballet to theme parks and world tours—we saw a gap between training and doing the job.
So we built a bridge.
We’re married, we’re mission-driven, and we’ve made it our business to help young performers (and their parents) find their footing in a competitive but incredible industry.

From Parents
Most of our programs are designed for performers ages 14–20, though some experiences (like AXS Orlando and AXS On Parade) are open to performers as young as 7. Each program will list specific age requirements.
No, but you’re welcome to! Some events include optional parent education tracks, while others may offer opportunities to observe or attend performances.
We'll always clarify this in the program details.
Each program has a unique package—some include lodging, meals, park tickets, and performances, while others are training-only.
Every experience has a breakdown available on its individual info page or PDF guide.
Yes. Many of our performers are preparing for college programs, agency auditions, or exploring paths in Broadway, theme parks, or film/TV.
We aim to provide clarity and confidence for whatever comes next.
If they’re dedicated, curious, and ready to be challenged, they’re ready. Every performer grows at their own pace—and our job is to help them see what’s possible.
We have discovered "ready" is a state of mind and not simply a skill set.
From Participants
Only some programs require auditions, such as our performance and experience opportunities.
Others, like the Accelerator are open to all performers with a strong interest in growing their craft.
That’s okay! Most performers have a strength and areas where they’re still growing. Our programs are built to meet you where you are—and help stretch your skills while building your confidence.
Once accepted or registered, you'll receive a full welcome packet with packing lists, schedules, dress codes, and anything else you’ll need as each opportunity will require specific individual requirements.
Yes! We provide real-world feedback from working professionals in the industry to help you grow—not just praise, but insight that actually moves you forward.
